PREHEAT OVEN 450 degrees Fahrenheit

Melt the following in either the microwave or a double boiler:

2 Tablespoons of cream cheese

1.5 Cups of mozzarella cheese

Once the cheeses are melted, remove from heat

Mix in 3/4 cup of almond flour slowly (1/4 cup at a time) to make sure it’s getting integrated

Beat 1 egg in a separate bowl and then add to the cheese & almond flour mixture

Blend by hand or spatula until it looks like dough

Roll dough on parchment paper with another piece of parchment paper on top - keep dough on parchment paper or it will stick to the pan

Bake for 20 minutes until brown on the bottom

Take out and flip over and bake for another 5-10 minutes

Add more cheese if you want and all the other toppings and bake for another 5-7 minutes

MIX ALL THE FOLLOWING TOGETHER (MAKES ENOUGH FOR 2 PIZZAS)

1 can of tomato paste

1 can of hot water (use tomato paste can)

3 Tablespoons of Parmesan

1 Tablespoon of honey (or Stevia if you are going Keto)

3/4 teaspoons of onion powder

1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder or fresh garlic to taste

1/4 teaspoon of marjoram

1/4 teaspoon of basil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1/8 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

1/8 teaspoon pepper

Keto chocolate cake:

2 C almond flour

1 C Monkfruit

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 eggs

1/2 cup softened butter

1 cup almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix dry ingredients together and then add the rest and mix by hand

Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 25 minutes or until done

Mix peanut butter with some Monkfruit to taste and make whip cream with stevia and vanilla to taste

1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes

2/3 cups of peanut butter or almond butter

1/3 cup of almond flour

1-2 Tablespoons of unsweetened Cocoa Powder

2 Tablespoons of melted butter

1 Tablespoon of KETO sweetener - Erythritol, Stevia or Monkfruit

Mix dry ingredients together and then mix the sweetener and butter together separately before adding to the dry mix. Then add the peanut butter.

Put in cupcake wrappers or parchment paper and keep in freezer.
